Middleburgh
Town Hall

The Town Hall in Middleburgh NY was originally built as a bank in 1880. Due to the construction of a Stewarts nearby and improper backfilling, the foundation of this historic building was shifting. This project entailed repointing repairs, the removal of an oil tank buried in the basement and a new concrete floor, the replacement of a piece of sidewalk out front and grout injection to stabilize the antique foundation. This is not one of my most photographed projects.
